Great Christmas time buy. My wife and I had been in the market for a new vehicle since our primary mode of transportation had been causing us headaches and money . We knew we w My wife and I had been in the market for a new vehicle since our primary mode of transportation had been causing us headaches and money . We knew we wanted a Camry and wanted to stay local so I jumped on the Heart City website and found the exact car I was looking for and made an appointment for some info and a test drive . Our sales associate Kendall was excellent and just about had us sold on the car even before the test drive with his great personality and fun laid back approach , we felt right at home . The test drive pretty much sealed the deal . We ended up trading our car and leasing our new one no haggles and nothing kept in the dark . Kendall was extremely informative of every detail about the car and was willing to spend as much time with us as necessary . The most impressive part of the experience though has to be with our trade . The buyoff price for our vehicle turned out to be a little higher than was initially thought and I was contacted the next day about it . When I got back to them the general manager said Merry Christmas to me and I was told It's the holiday season and they were going to take care of the difference .... I was shocked and very relieved . Kendall Berg is the best salesperson we've encountered anywhere. He's on top of everything, anticipating our needs and taking care of them before we even asked. The traditional price negotiating is no where to be found--no "make me an offer and I'll see what I can do with the sales manager." Instead, Kendall makes the price known right up front. Everything in the dealership is spick and span, and employees obviously really like their jobs. All were very helpful and friendly. This will be our "go to" dealership for all of our future purchases. More
