Good experience on trading trucks I recently needed to trade trucks to get more towing capacity. I traded a 2017 Tacoma in on a 2019 Tundra. Although I really liked the Tacoma and ha I recently needed to trade trucks to get more towing capacity. I traded a 2017 Tacoma in on a 2019 Tundra. Although I really liked the Tacoma and had planned on keeping it for a long time, I acquired a trailer that was too heavy for it. The Tundra fit the bill and although they low balled me a little on the trade in the beginning we were eventually able to haggle an agreement. My salesman was Joey Bailey and he seemed to have pretty good knowledge about the product and was able to quickly find answers for what he didn't know. The whole process was pretty smooth in my opinion but a little lengthy. I'd definitely consider buying from Heart City again. More
