Wow - That was easy I had done most of the background work in deciding which Toyota I wanted. After a successful road trip, we went through the details with Kendall, who arranged for a hitch to be installed. We got the vehicle back in a few days, right on schedule. He was even flexible when our schedule changed and we had to stop by on a different date/time for pick up. The sales experience at Heart City has always been great. Keep up the good work! Service experiences a few years ago were mostly negative, leading us to buy elsewhere last year, but we will give them another try, since they have a new team in place. More
