And the BEST sales consultant After purchasing a used vehicle from another dealership three weeks prior to my visit to Heart City Toyota, I realized that purchase was a mistake . After purchasing a used vehicle from another dealership three weeks prior to my visit to Heart City Toyota, I realized that purchase was a mistake . Due to arthritis it's hard for me to get in and out of a sedan. The dealership did not stand behind the vehicle they sold me and offered to take it back in trade for $4,000 less than what they'd sold it to me for. Annoyed, I walked out of that dealership and drove to Heart City Toyota. I met with Sales Consultant Kendall Berg who listened to my plight and shared several options. He made sure to show me only vehicles that had all of the options I wanted. I was offered a much fairer deal on the trade in and drove away in a beautiful new RAV4. Kendall Berg is the best! More

Good experience but time consuming I had a good experience purchasing my car but the time it took to finish was time consuming and inconvenient. The sales man was very kind and helpful but was forgetful. My vehicle didn’t come with floor mats. So we asked for a quote to get them, sales man didn’t do that while we were there. Emailed me later stating they did have them in stock when I was purchasing my car. Then told me to come in on Monday to get them. I get to the dealership and he then tells me they are now out of stock. Reorders them for me and I had to make another trip there. More
