Low pressure sales pitch, knowledgable staff, the freedom to test drive without a salesman in the car, and they were willing to get us exactly what we wanted when it wasn't sitting on their lot. They truly put their customers first! We walked in looking at the Highlanders-both Hybrid and gas versions. Eric was very knowledgable about the similarities and the differences. We tend to ask A LOT of questions when purchasing a big ticket item like this and Eric was so good and patient at answering all of them. And if he didn't have an answer right that moment, he got back to us quickly with the answer. This time around, we actually visited several other local car dealerships, with some being as far away as Kokomo too. NOTHING compared to the feeling of comfort and quality of service we received at Heart City! More

Great Service! I began working with Donovan when I was shopping for a new car. I was looking at two different vehicles, the new Toyota Rav4 and the Avalon. Donovan w I began working with Donovan when I was shopping for a new car. I was looking at two different vehicles, the new Toyota Rav4 and the Avalon. Donovan was very accommodating when I asked to test drive the vehicles on several different occasions. It was a hard choice to narrow it down to one type of vehicle. Donovan was pretty knowledgeable about most of the features on the two vehicles. As I began to decide on the Avalon, I ended up studying it intensely to a point where I ended up knowing more about the Avalon than he did, but he took it in stride and we had a good laugh about it. I don't expect dealers to know every little feature about every single car. I probably test drove the Avalon on his lot about 3 or 4 times and each time, he was very patient with me. He didn't pressure me either in person or by phone or text. We ended up having to wait on our car purchase a little longer than we wanted and ended up not buying from Heart City as they didn't have the trim level I was looking for, but I totally recommend Donovan and would do business with him in the future. More
