isguzman, My name is Brett Keyser, I am one of the sales managers here at the store. You are correct that we failed to provide you the level of service you expected when you came to us for your purchase. We pride ourselves on providing a high level of customer service to every customer, regardless of the purchase price. I have helped develop a training program here at the dealership that is in place to prepare them to work with customers and be the source of information the customer needs. This applies to aftermarket items such as the remote start and window tint you added to your purchase. At the time of your purchase we were unaware the remote start we quoted you changed to one remote and that there was a price increase. At the time you picked up the vehicle, Joey kept the price the same to you and then worked with the vendor to provide a second remote, because that's what we quoted you. The last time you were in, you mentioned that you wanted the system removed and for us to refund the cost of the remote start, and that is not a problem. Since your experience with us, we have had multiple conversations with Joey and the rest of the sales staff about raising the level of customer service provided and to raise their professionalism. We are truly sorry for your experience with us and look forward to repairing the relationship throughout your vehicle ownership.
