Had my Jeep fixed after hitting a deer Told that it would take 3-4 days to get fixed. It did take 5 days but the lady I talked with was very honest and informed me on day 3 that it was actu Told that it would take 3-4 days to get fixed. Excellent service I called Hayes Jeep Service on a Monday morning to see if I could drop my Grand Cherokee without an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted b a very friendly service manager that looked up my records and told me he knew what I needed. After a little over a half hour the work was done and since I had paid upfront for routine service there was no charge. More

I was in the market for a used sports car and this dealership showed up with one in an online ad. My first impression with the individual I spoke with (Mike in Finance) was quite good. Very friendly dealership showed up with one in an online ad. My first impression with the individual I spoke with (Mike in Finance) was quite good. Very friendly and genuinely seemed interested to help. However, we were a bit off on dollars, as I was attempting to keep the payment within a specified amount (with a 30% down payment). He indicated he would contact the bank that gave him an initial approval on the loan and see if he could reduce the interest rate, as well as attempt to take a few dollars off of the selling price to get a deal put together. Last Friday he indicated that he would contact me either Saturday or Monday with an update. Keep in mind, this was the Finance person I was speaking with at this dealership. Saturday rolled around, no call. No problem. Monday rolled around, no call. Tuesday afternoon rolled around, still no call. So, I called the dealer back. "Oh, thanks for lighting a fire under me, I will call the bank now and get back to you in 20 minutes". 20 minutes, no call. No problem. 6 hours, no call. Problem! You would think in today's economy ANY dealership would want to sell a $25,000 used car. Apparently, this dealership has enough sales to not follow-up on any customer, even after the customer is the one calling back in an attempt to put a deal together. I will keep looking and attempt to find this vehicle locally (this dealer, Orrin Hayes, is located over 100 miles away from me in Michigan. However, if we could have put something together over the phone AND if this dealer would have followed up with what he said he was going to do, it would have been a smooth transaction and the dealer would have had a sale). My suggestion is to find another dealer, one who is more customer centric and will say what he plans to do and do what he says. This dealer scores a big zero in that department. More
