(Finance Manager) contact info online and asked for his pricing. It was much b better than my local dealer or Mopar direct and within 10 minutes, Tom and I finalized the deal and the information was in my inbox. While never being physically in the dealership, this is a great indication of their customer service and, heck, even with a three hour drive (or 1 1/2 from a home in Indiana), I would consider them for my next purchase based on this experience. Oil change I went in for an oil change and my car was very dirty from bugs and all the rain. I asked if they would wash it for me. Not only did they wash it but I went in for an oil change and my car was very dirty from bugs and all the rain. I asked if they would wash it for me. Not only did they wash it but they pretreated the front end and spent extra time scrubbing the bugs off. Every person at this dealership cares about the customer! They are amazing! I wont go anywhere else. More

After 3.5 years I turned it in and couldn't pass up the deal they offered on a new Jeep. Most likely I'll get my 9th Grand Cherokee here too. More

I was not thrilled with initial service visit for routine maintenance but recent service visit Thom Jones is excellent in sales and warrants 5 stars. This visit was just for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in a fair amount of time considering how busy you all were. (Poor James running that crazy place) He is always smiling and taking everything in stride. He takes time to talk to you which I enjoy!! I have one suggestion, Get your detailing building up and running. Grandville service washes and details my jeep free when I go there. More

Not terrible but a headache Purchasing the vehicle was a pain. Different employees told me different things, trade offer changed several times and actually getting the paperwork Purchasing the vehicle was a pain. Different employees told me different things, trade offer changed several times and actually getting the paperwork done took over 6 hours due to miscommunication between the dealership and bank. Furthermore after having the vehicle for 4 days had to bring it back for service which took a week Service department was friendly and accomodating to resolve the issue and the salesman apologized for the miscomunication issues and assured me that my experience wasnt the norm that they strive for More
