While the staff here always treats my vehicle well, there is a serious problem with communication. Twice now my vehicle has been kept for 24+ hours for an oil change. I’ll call and get bounced around on the is a serious problem with communication. Twice now my vehicle has been kept for 24+ hours for an oil change. I’ll call and get bounced around on the phone, be told someone will call me back, then the shop closes for the day without a call and my car is stuck there until the next business day. Again, no issues with how they service my vehicle and everyone is always friendly, but better communication is needed. More

They actually researched my cars issue instead of just guessing. I took it to 2 other places first, one being another Ford dealer and they guessed at three problem which was a $2600 fix. Connor actually l guessing. I took it to 2 other places first, one being another Ford dealer and they guessed at three problem which was a $2600 fix. Connor actually looked into the issue and researched other service records, found the answer and fixed it with a simple reprogram. Saved me thousands. I will forever trust this dealership who cared more about the customer and less about their bottom line. More

I enjoyed the fact that I was treated as a valued customer from the first contact with Leslie, Connor's quick check in processing yet,.with attention to all details, and that he waited for me to arri customer from the first contact with Leslie, Connor's quick check in processing yet,.with attention to all details, and that he waited for me to arrive after hours for pick up. Comon sense all around! The car's driving, due to the mechanical work that was completed, significantly improved. I appreciate that the car was kept a bit longer than promised to ensure the work was done properly instead of focusing on meeting time frames and goals. I will continue using your services as long as there is consistency as far as what I had experienced during this visit. More
