Repair not done on time My 2014 Explorer has been nothing but problems. A/C did not work right on spring break in the south. Not good. Made an appointment to get fixed but dealer did not fix it on the scheduled day to get fixed. Inconvenient but Hawk did provide a loaner car the next day. Price to fix repair was average to high but would have liked a little more customer service magic to make me feel appreciated for choosing them. More
Another Wonderful Experience I have a recurring problem with my 2015 Navigator where the check engine light continues to engage way too often. I have brought it in and worked with Steve in the Service Dept the past few times and he has always been so helpful and he was again this time. In fact, he bumped the problem to Ford corporate for some reasoning behind why this keeps happening. He kept in contact with me the entire time to update me on the status. Hopefully, we have the problem dialed in and this won't happen again but in the meantime, Hawk has an excellent employee in Steve. More

The repairs were all completed when promised and the price was even less then I was quoted! Keep up the great work Steve! More

Oil change Fair price and timely service. The dealership is doing what they can to earn your business. Keep in mind they are a dealer but an oil change that take Fair price and timely service. The technician was friendly, clear and kept me informed all along the way. My only complaint is that after spending over $900, they did NOT wash my car! Every time I have visited Hawk Ford, EVEN WHEN THEY DIDN'T CHARGE me a dime, they have washed my car. I know it's a small thing, but it honestly kind of spoiled my day. A clean car might have taken a little sting out of the large depletion of my savings account. [labor charges were VERY reasonable - my parts were the expensive portion, but that's not Hawk Ford's fault, parts cost what they cost] More
