I went in for a recall,2017 Ford Explorer Steve said that it would take3 -4 hours, I told Steve that I was aware of that and that I would be waiting before I got back from breakfast down the street the Expl it would take3 -4 hours, I told Steve that I was aware of that and that I would be waiting before I got back from breakfast down the street the Explorer was finished all toll about 2 1/2 hours. I also showed Steve. some small paint bubbling on the hood so he took pictures and sent them to Ford for quality control review Thank you Steve for your help More

Took forever to get any sort of refund (as promised by both Ford and Steve) and when it came, it was for less than half of what I paid out of pocket. More
