Restored my faith in Car Dealerships!! I thought the days of Car Dealerships with honesty, integrity, and nice people were gone. I was wrong. I recently purchased a high mileage F150 that I I thought the days of Car Dealerships with honesty, integrity, and nice people were gone. I was wrong. I recently purchased a high mileage F150 that I fully knew had no warranty. After just a few days I recognized some issues with the brakes and an oil leak. I took it to the dealership not expecting them to pay for anything. I didn't even ask. Buying a used truck always comes with some repairs and fixes. But, when they completed the repairs that must have been well over $1K (new brake rotors and fixed the oil leak and even a new key because it only came with one) they just handed me the keys with a smile and said "no charge - sorry we didn't catch these issues when we sold it to you." Wow - I was floored. They earned my business for life. Hawk Ford in St. Charles - a car dealership with integrity and a long term relationship view.
