I went in for a recall,2017 Ford Explorer Steve said that it would take3 -4 hours, I told Steve that I was aware of that and that I would be waiting before I got back from breakfast down the street the Expl it would take3 -4 hours, I told Steve that I was aware of that and that I would be waiting before I got back from breakfast down the street the Explorer was finished all toll about 2 1/2 hours. I dropped my car off for service and recall work , After being dropped off at home by the Shuttle I realized I was missing my cell phone , I called St I dropped my car off for service and recall work , After being dropped off at home by the Shuttle I realized I was missing my cell phone , I called Steve Staub and informed him that the phone was lost some where in the car , he was able to find it and had the shuttle driver bring it to my home. New tires There was some confusion as to the price of the tires I purchased. I was quoted one price that was on the website, but when I picked my truck up, I w There was some confusion as to the price of the tires I purchased. I was quoted one price that was on the website, but when I picked my truck up, I was charged a much higher price. Apparently, the price I was quoted was by an employee that quit on a Monday and Si then became the person for my tire service and he did not know of the price quote I was originally told. Si did honor the quote and all is resolved. More
