SERVICE DURING COVID 19 Everyone was very nice but I was a little concerned that there were 5 of us waiting in the small waiting area and when the family of three left no one Everyone was very nice but I was a little concerned that there were 5 of us waiting in the small waiting area and when the family of three left no one wipe down the area where they had been sitting. I was there quite a while after they left so there was plenty of time to prepare for the next customer. Makes me think that that is not protocol so wondered if where I was sitting has been cleaned prior to my arrival. More

Awesome Service I need an oil change on my Sportrac. A porter came and picked it up. I ask the porter to also have the mechanic check the driverside rear tire I need an oil change on my Sportrac. A porter came and picked it up. I ask the porter to also have the mechanic check the driverside rear tire which has had a slow leak. The cause was corosion between the wheel and the air valve. They fixed it at no charge to me. We also get great service at Hawk. More
