Literally you can’t take your car here. They have “repaired” my engine three times and they’d like me to pay another $7000 to fix I what they replaced 2 years ago. We are going to junk a 2018 explorer titanium because we can’t let them fix it again. My wife laughed at them when they called trying to get her to bring hers in. More

Brought the vehicle in for repair, they diagnosed it, 2 weeks later I had to go back and pick up the vehicle, with no work completed to use for a trip. Brought the vehicle back for the diagnosed repairs, 2 weeks later I had to go back and pick up the vehicle, with no work completed to use for a trip. Brought the vehicle back for the diagnosed repairs, 2.5 weeks later the repairs where complete and did NOT solve the issue. They attempted to rebalance the front wheels and rebalanced them improperly. They told me that's all they could help me with and sent me on my way. More
