No reason to return. When I dropped it off they told me that the alignment would cost me $150. That's a lot, considering how many places advertise 99.99 or 119.99 specials. xxxx, I have a coupon right now for 79.99 that I wish I'd had a week ago. Regardless, I decided to stick with Hawk because I wanted for them to repair my camera. When I left the vehicle I was told I had some kind of extended warranty and that the deductible would be $100 for the camera repair so I ought to expect to pay $150 alignment and $100 camera. Fine. Got a call that alignment was done and camera would cost another $700 to replace and install. Reminded him of my $100 deductible and warranty, and he looked it up and say he'd been mistaken. No warranty. Gotta pay full price. Seems like a lot for a reverse camera, so I told him I'll pass on the camera and let's just do the alignment and call it a day. I'll just do what I've done all my life and turn around and reverse using my eyes instead of the camera. When I paid the bill, I'd been charged a $100 diagnosis fee for them to figure out that the camera was bad. Ummm, I think I knew that the camera was bad. $100? For that? I can see 29.95 or 35 bucks, but $100? Rip off. I paid it, rather than argue. I don't plan to go back there for work in the future. Felt kind of shady to me. I liked it when it was Zimmerman. More

Took to long to get approval for the work I leased this 2014 Taurus from Zimmermann. It is a fleet car managed by ARI. Nearly all of the service has been at Zimmermann / Hawk. The maintenance man recommended several service items be performed. The service manager at the Quick lane did not know how to contact ARI for approval. Despite me trying several times to assist the service manager on how to contact ARI (I even gave him the phone number), he continued to wait on other customers. It was 45 minutes until another manager intervened and contacted ARI. So I spent more than 3 hours at Hawk, much of it wasted time. More
