This dealership was awful. I had never been treated so unwanted by a dealership in my life. There were a few select people who were nice, but a majority of the staff were un-enthusiastic and didn't even c unwanted by a dealership in my life. There were a few select people who were nice, but a majority of the staff were un-enthusiastic and didn't even care about their job. I didn't find a car that i liked at the dealership, and even if I did, I'm not shure I would want to buy it from them. I'm a big Ford fan-boy, but I'm sorry this dealership needs to be closed down or revamped because it's giving the good Ford dealerships a bad rap. I was much more satisfied buying my Ford F150 form the Ron Hopkins dealership in Elgin. They have far better customer service and a great sales team. The Zimmerman place just isn't near as good. More

I recently purchased a 2011 MKX from Zimmerman Lincoln and had an excellent experience. Since I am able to purchase through supplier pricing (X Plan) I cannot comment on how the price negotiation would h and had an excellent experience. Since I am able to purchase through supplier pricing (X Plan) I cannot comment on how the price negotiation would have occurred, however the rest of the process was very smooth and simple. The salesman (Rich Kowalski) was very patient as I bounced between various vehicles and ultimately was able to locate the exact MKX I was interested in at a nearby dealer. On the evening of signing papers, I was in and out in less than 1 hour which is by far the shortest time I have experienced. I highly recommend this dealer and specifically Rich if you are looking for a new Ford or Lincoln. More
