The service department advisor I spoke with was very unprofessional. When I informed him that I would require a loaner, his reply was to tell me to call back in two weeks and hung up on me. I then called Hawk (near my residence) spoke to Steve who after scheduling my appointment that evening also informed me that I would have a loaner waiting. Hawk has earned my repeat business. I will also make sure that when we purchase any additional company vehicles it will be through Hawk. Thank you Steve. More
