the tech took the time to explain what he did I have a noise that comes and goes, as the last time I brought my truck in. Took to long to get approval for the work I leased this 2014 Taurus from Zimmermann. It is a fleet car managed by ARI. Nearly all of the service has been at Zimmermann / Hawk. The maintenan I leased this 2014 Taurus from Zimmermann. It is a fleet car managed by ARI. Nearly all of the service has been at Zimmermann / Hawk. The maintenance man recommended several service items be performed. The service manager at the Quick lane did not know how to contact ARI for approval. Despite me trying several times to assist the service manager on how to contact ARI (I even gave him the phone number), he continued to wait on other customers. It was 45 minutes until another manager intervened and contacted ARI. So I spent more than 3 hours at Hawk, much of it wasted time. More
