I ended up coming back a few times and each time he spent a lot of time with me explaining and never did I feel pressured. The only thing I would change is the fact that every time I was ready to leave “the manager” would have to be involved and he would try to get a deal done. I understand that’s his job but it was the only awkward part of the process. More

Warranty repairs Brought my truck in to get looked at as I had water coming in from the sunroof when it rained. I knew that the issue was the drain lines for the sunro Brought my truck in to get looked at as I had water coming in from the sunroof when it rained. I knew that the issue was the drain lines for the sunroof were clogged but being under warranty I decided to take it in rather than fix the issue myself. While there I also brought up the fact that some of the leather on my steering wheel was starting to peel. They took care of the drain lines and had me bring my truck back about a week later and they replaced my steering wheel. Both times they washed my truck and had it looking good as new. More
Repair not done on time My 2014 Explorer has been nothing but problems. A/C did not work right on spring break in the south. Not good. Made an appointment to get fixed but dealer did not fix it on the scheduled day to get fixed. Inconvenient but Hawk did provide a loaner car the next day. Price to fix repair was average to high but would have liked a little more customer service magic to make me feel appreciated for choosing them. More
Another Wonderful Experience I have a recurring problem with my 2015 Navigator where the check engine light continues to engage way too often. I have brought it in and worked with Steve in the Service Dept the past few times and he has always been so helpful and he was again this time. In fact, he bumped the problem to Ford corporate for some reasoning behind why this keeps happening. He kept in contact with me the entire time to update me on the status. Hopefully, we have the problem dialed in and this won't happen again but in the meantime, Hawk has an excellent employee in Steve. More

Tom in the service center was so helpful and accommodating! My car was in the shop right away, assessed and repaired and I was granted a loaner in the meantime. I was updated throughout the entire process and was notified as soon as it was ready. Thank you to all the techs and to Tom for the care and attention! I am just so happy to have my vehicle back to normal! More

Bill Wackerlin & Marty Epstien worked with us and were very helpful and patient as we worked through the sale & monthly lease payment. Bill also did a great job handling the lease turn-in of our existing vehicle. Chris Krueger was very efficient - he got us in and out very quick regarding the new vehicle's leasing paperwork. The process of taking delivery on the new vehicle went very smooth and we are happy overall with the way we were treated and the level of expertise exhibited by each member of the Hawk Team. More
