mediocre Picked up my truck from the dealership on a very cold winter morning. Shuttle driver was late, almost 1/2 hour! It would have been nice if they would have warmed my vehicle for me as they knew I was coming to pick it up. Solid frost on the windows. I had to go out to the lot, start it up then go back inside and wait for it to warm up. I think the temp. was in the single digits. Soiled dealer floormat and other dealer paperwork left in vehicle. Not a 5 star dealer. More

Pleasantly Surprised There was a recall on my airbags so I had to go to the Ford dealer to have the work done. Everything they said about timing and process was thorough and followed to the letter. Tom was very communicative and kept me informed along the way. I decided to also have a remote start put on for my wife because of this extreme cold. They kept the car an extra day, and were done a bit sooner than they had prepared me for. Another thing they did was allow me to pick up the loaner car the night before because it was more convenient for me. The best thing was that when I asked Tom if he could find a discount in there for me, and somehow he was able to knock about $50 off the total cost! Bravo, Hawk Ford! More
No reason to return. I took my Ford Flex to Hawk recently for an alignment because my tires were wearing unevenly, and to have them try fixing my reverse camera, which has I took my Ford Flex to Hawk recently for an alignment because my tires were wearing unevenly, and to have them try fixing my reverse camera, which has been malfunctioning for a month or two. When I dropped it off they told me that the alignment would cost me $150. That's a lot, considering how many places advertise 99.99 or 119.99 specials. xxxx, I have a coupon right now for 79.99 that I wish I'd had a week ago. Regardless, I decided to stick with Hawk because I wanted for them to repair my camera. When I left the vehicle I was told I had some kind of extended warranty and that the deductible would be $100 for the camera repair so I ought to expect to pay $150 alignment and $100 camera. Fine. Got a call that alignment was done and camera would cost another $700 to replace and install. Reminded him of my $100 deductible and warranty, and he looked it up and say he'd been mistaken. No warranty. Gotta pay full price. Seems like a lot for a reverse camera, so I told him I'll pass on the camera and let's just do the alignment and call it a day. I'll just do what I've done all my life and turn around and reverse using my eyes instead of the camera. When I paid the bill, I'd been charged a $100 diagnosis fee for them to figure out that the camera was bad. Ummm, I think I knew that the camera was bad. $100? For that? I can see 29.95 or 35 bucks, but $100? Rip off. I paid it, rather than argue. I don't plan to go back there for work in the future. Felt kind of shady to me. I liked it when it was Zimmerman. More
