Another Wonderful Experience I have a recurring problem with my 2015 Navigator where the check engine light continues to engage way too often. I have brought it in and worked with Steve in the Service Dept the past few times and he has always been so helpful and he was again this time. In fact, he bumped the problem to Ford corporate for some reasoning behind why this keeps happening. He kept in contact with me the entire time to update me on the status. Hopefully, we have the problem dialed in and this won't happen again but in the meantime, Hawk has an excellent employee in Steve. More

Bill Wackerlin & Marty Epstien worked with us and were very helpful and patient as we worked through the sale & monthly lease payment. Bill also did a great job handling the lease turn-in of our existing vehicle. Chris Krueger was very efficient - he got us in and out very quick regarding the new vehicle's leasing paperwork. The process of taking delivery on the new vehicle went very smooth and we are happy overall with the way we were treated and the level of expertise exhibited by each member of the Hawk Team. More

Brake Issues I purchased a 2018 Ecosport SES in Dec 2018. Immediately after purchase, I noticed that the brakes make an awful grinding noise 1st thing in the morni I purchased a 2018 Ecosport SES in Dec 2018. Immediately after purchase, I noticed that the brakes make an awful grinding noise 1st thing in the morning. I took it in for diagnosis and the response from the Service Dept was that the grinding is "NORMAL". My fiance's dad purchased an Ecosport Titanium in March 2019 and he has NOT experienced the same grinding. That tells me that the grinding is NOT normal. I've owned many cars over the years and I've NEVER experienced anything like this. I've always been adverse to the FORD brand due to issues experienced by family and friends who have owned Ford vehicles. My fiance who is a Ford fan, convinced me to give Ford a chance. With the issue I'm experiencing and the response from the Service Dept, I can say without reservation that I will never purchase another Ford. Nor would I recommend the brand to anyone. More
