F150 purchase I felt that the sales person should have known a lot more about the product and trucks onsite. Another dealership did a much better job walking me though the f150 options and comparisons. The only reason i purchased at Hawk was pricing. I had a few alterations on my new truck as well and was given an eco sport as a courtesy vehicle. If i knew that I would have been driving that for a week it would have impacted my purchase decision. Also my wife recently purchased a Subaru and was walked through how everything in the vehicle worked i did not get direction just a set of keys. I figured it all out on my own but it would have been nice to have had that. More
