Oil Change Stopped in for an oil change without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning. Dinah was very welcoming and was able to get me in rite away. Battery check and service I brought my explorer in for a battery check and got in right away. I was notified of a safety recall which they also took care of immediately. They were able to give me a ride home to account for the extra time they would need the car for the recall and offered to pick me up when finished. I can’t remember the name of the mechanic and the gentleman that gave me a ride home, but every one was pleasant to deal with and they gave me a very through explanation of what was done to the car. I’m very happy with the quality of service I received. More

EDGE Key fob replacement Years ago I had a meeting with Edsel Ford about dipsticks......the result: dipsticks were modified with holes drilled to help read oil level better... Years ago I had a meeting with Edsel Ford about dipsticks......the result: dipsticks were modified with holes drilled to help read oil level better...….and I have owned lots of Ford vehicles.....starting with my '49 8N Ford Tractor and my "53 Ford Pickup...… With that background, I have to say that the $$ 385.00 key fob for our '17 EDGE is the DUMBEST thing Ford Management has ever done...…...all so I can have a key forb like a Mercedes. Go back the simple electronic key like I have in my '12 Expedition. For 70% of the cost of a Mercedes you get 95% of the value in a FORD--Be who you are---dump the Mercedes Key Fob. Rich Brennan More
