Great 1st service dept visit Had to arrange a loaner and drop off new 2019 Ranger to have the LineX spray in bed liner owed from sale done. Went flawlessly, Im NOT an easy guy to please [I'm an operations level manager in residential construction and basically baby-sit adults for a living] being a 'car guy' I'm weary of service centers taking my car to lunch, curbing my r/r rim, leaving door handle/steering wheel & arm rest filthy. also the guy who always parks super far to make sure the mini-van moms dont ding up my ride. I have my share of bad service stories as many of us do... Tom G. totally understood me when I communicated 'I'm a car guy.' He let me know as soon as it was done and when I arrived it was washed and in a safe place in the service entry/desk area. Tom even stayed 30 min past his shift to make sure he met me at pick up & make sure I was happy. That really ended my day well! Thank You. The bar has been SET keep it up. More
