I took chance and dropped my F150 off the next morning for a coolant leak. I was told the service department has been busy and didn't know when they would be able to look at my truck. They called me later that morning and told me they found my water pump went out. Didn't know if they had the parts but would get back to me. They found the parts and was able to repair my truck the same day. Great Job Hawk!! More

I was uncomfortable that none of the service staff were masked when I entered the office to drop off my vehicle, especially considering covid cases were quite high at the time I took my car in. Also, I am not sure if the customer service here works this way typically, but when I arrived to pick up my car, I was given my fob and directed out the back door to the parking lot to get my car, on one of the coldest days of the year. I really don't mind walking to get my car, but usually have had my car brought into the garage for me., so I thought that was unusual, especially considering there were several service personnel in the office at the time. My car was in for a recall, and I can not help but feel that since I was not a paying customer, that I received a different type of service. Not sure if that is what actually happened, but that is how I walked away feeling. The staff I spoke to in order to schedule my appointment and that I received a reminder call from were very helpful and friendly! More
