Brought my Escape in for new tires, to fix the rear sensor, and an oil change. Took a little longer than anticipated, but we were able to make due with one car. No one called me back after saying they would multiple times. Communication was absolutely nonexistent. I don’t mind my vehicle having to stay over two nights. The horrible thing was no one ever contacted me with updates. Every time I found out something, I had to initiate it, and there was no consideration or apology given for the neglect. Actual maintenance was good. Customer service was way down in office. I did not feel valued at all, but rather taken for granted. On a positive note, Jeff, the mechanic, is a really good guy who took the time to answer my questions and go step by step through the process. More
I was very pleasantly surprised. After being told my truck could not go through the quick Lane for an oil change. I had to make an appointment at the truck service center.
