Service Manager Steve was excellent in overseeing an investigation into a persistent electrical problem with my Escape Hybrid and diagnosed the problem when other dealers couldn't. Nikko was great to work with. It took time to get an appointment , and then more than a week to get a new radio. When I balked at waiting over a week for installation after the ra It took time to get an appointment , and then more than a week to get a new radio. When I balked at waiting over a week for installation after the radio arrived, Nikko juggled schedules to get me in the next morning. It was disappointing to hear that no matter how long I would wait for the repair Ford would not make a loaner car available for a warranty repair that took most of a day. But that was not Nikko’s problem. At the completion of the repair I was sent off without reestablishing Sirius for the new radio. I was able to do this on my own, but it would have been nice to be told that I’d need to do that myself, or for someone to have helped me do it. But the work was done well and under warranty, so I’m happy. More

Called to see if they had the 2021 Mach e GT to test drive as we were going to buy one soon. This place is almost an hour away and needed to ensure it was available. They said yes, however, I got there, they said they would not let me test drive it as it was in the sales floor and didn’t want people to put miles on it. Would’ve been great to know before I made the drive for nothing. They also marked up $10k when other dealerships only did 3.5% which should’ve been closed to $3k. So I let them know why I was there, they didn’t care, so I went to Libertyville and bought it there instead. Scammers and time wasters. Fyi, I love my new Mach E GT just don’t go here for it. More
