My sales person was Jim Pascente. He was very helpful and clearly understood what's our requirements. He also emphasized what we should look into before we buy any car it helped us a He was very helpful and clearly understood what's our requirements. He also emphasized what we should look into before we buy any car it helped us a lot. We wanted to get Honda CR-V but still stopped by at St. Charles Ford to see what they have and they offer. We end up buying Ford Escape that has all features and pretty much fully loaded. Jim made numerous follow-ups to make sure we are happy. I will definitely recommend Hawk Ford of St Charles and. Of course would insist you guys to approach Jim Pascente. You will definitely like his approach. More
