Came in for tire rotation and recall. Also asked if mechanic could look into trim piece on bumper. I dropped off the car Thursday night for a Friday morning appointment. The person working at quick lane told me that the service center was closed and he didn’t know if my car was ready. the car was done but I was never called or texted to let me know More
