When the truck finally arrived I think Eric was more excited than me. They kept their word to the numbers given to me 3 months prior and we were done transacting in a couple hours. I would recommend the dealership to anyone looking for a low pressure sales environment and very knowledgeable sales staff to assist in narrowing down your purchase. The staff was kind and professional. I booked my appointment using the ford app, and received a confirmation via email. When I showed up at the designated appointment time, the dealership had no record of my appointment and some confusion ensued. They did however fit me in and had great communication. I’d say the issue is not with the staff or dealership, but rather the electronic appointment interface. More
