Unprofessional Service, Work never done on time Absolutely the WORST service department we've ever come across...for any product. Anywhere. We had some issues with the Jeep we bought there. A repair or even diagnosis has NEVER been completed on time. Once, it took more than 45 minutes bouncing from on hold to on hold ...just to find out when out vehicle to be done. The dealership general manager "Sammy" even said he would take care of us since the service department did such a terrible job. And then HE completely botched it, again not having a repair as simple as replacing badges completed when promised, THREE TIMES. We even left our vehicle with them over a week vacation. That means there's not even anyone higher to complain to! Again, in a bind with a check engine light and heading out on a trip, we set an appointment for 6:30 pm Wednesday. It's now 6:30 pm on Thursday and it's "up on a lift" with no word even on what's wrong. xxx make an appontment then? That surely means it will be fixed in time for our trip on Friday, right? Idiots. Great Experience I had just recently but a Jeep Grand Cherokee from this dealership. I had found the car online and called regarding interest in the car. They did offer me the online price that was listed. The buying process went so smoothly. I got to the dealership around 100pm and I took it for a test drive. All of the finances and everything was completed around 400pm and I was able to drive the car home. The sales woman who took care of everything was very nice and went through all of the electronics inside of the car. This included how to change radio stations, linking your phone to the car and personalizing settings. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. More

In short, we drove 1.5 hours to test drive a jeep advertised for $28,851 which was discounted on their website from MSRP $32,785 base price (included in the MSRP base price was $995 in destination ch advertised for $28,851 which was discounted on their website from MSRP $32,785 base price (included in the MSRP base price was $995 in destination charges). We we're offered a $1,000 discount if we bought that specific day (typical consumer tactic), we elected to sleep on it. Returned a couple days later attempting to resume the deal that was offered originally, not only would they not consider budging off the $28,851 price but after pulling the sales trainee "Sammy" from the office, tried to state that the destination charges would again be added on incremental to the internet price. Stating originally that this was how Chrysler invoiced vehicles "by adding the destination charges". When I showed them the original MSRP had the destination charges already on it and challenged them that they were trying to charge me twice, they then tried spinning a story that someone had put the incorrect internet price on the website, then said as soon as I left they were going to change the price on the website and that they wouldn't honor the original price afterall. Bottom line, my experience is that Hawk Chrysler Dodge Jeep has very poor customer service, lack of integrity and needs some strong leadership represent themselves as a credible dealership.
