My husband and I visited Harr but we went to the loan express that is connected with them. Basically they give auto loans to those with credit problems. We had some issues about 2 years ago that affected express that is connected with them. Basically they give auto loans to those with credit problems. We had some issues about 2 years ago that affected our credit and although it was slowly inching back up we still did not have stellar credit, or so we thought. Anyway we went there and right of the bat we felt as though these people were treating us as lesser humans because we had bad credit. Anyway we went into their little trailer and sat down and talked about what we were looking for. The car they showed us was not what we wanted. Fortunately we saw a nice camry right next to what they were trying to sell us. That seemed to fit our needs. Family size and only had 16k miles on it. The price they had on it was a little over 16k. So we asked if we could test drive it but for some reason they could not find the keys. So they offered us a test drive in another camry. We took the car out and we liked how it drove. This particular vehicle had more miles on it then the other but we still wanted to test drive the car we would think of buying. After the test drive they sat us down and pretty much wanted us to buy the car under the assumption that it would drive the same if not better then the one we drove. Im sorry but if we are going to sign up for a 16k loan we do not want to make any assumptions. So the sales guy went to see his manager and they worked up some numbers and came back to us with this crazy offer. No money off the car, I mean none, and to boot they wanted a 12% interest rate for 6 years. We said no! So the manager said what do we have to do to make this work and get you to buy this car? My husband and I thought, well a test drive in the car would be a great start but your numbers just do not work. Needless to say I just dint feel right so I walked out. They continued to talk to my husband and he came out to tell me they are going to call a favor in to the bank and they can get 2k knocked off and lower our rate. I told my husband at this point if they offered the car for 1k I still would not buy it. So we left. The next day Pat called us and asked if we still wanted the car. I told him my husband was at work and that we would think about going back and that we would call him. Tuesday I called him back and told him we would like to go in and take the car on a test drive. Mind you we were willing to go back because we felt our credit was tarnish so we were forced to work with this type of dealership. So we get there and they see us and make no attempt to greet us. So we said hi Pat we are here for that car and he says oh yeah, that car is out right now on a test drive. So we wait for the people who supposedly have the car to come back. Ten minutes later he says, yeah they are back and they are sitting down to talk about it. So we wait another 10 minutes and Pat comes back and tells us the deal looks like is going through but they have other cars with higher mileage they can get us in. At this point Im looking at my husband thinking, if he knew we were comming why dint he set the car aside for us? It felt as though it was all contrived. Needless to say we left. On our way home we stopped by another dealership, Bertera Chevy, and we saw a nice '09 Volvo S40 with only 15k miles on it. We took it for a test drive and loved it. We felt like we really wanted this car but that we could not afford it because we more then likely would have a huge rate. They took our application, worked the numbers and came back with a 7% rate. We were like, what? They showed us our Fico and it was a 718. Which is not Great but its not bad either. They also gave us the 5 start treatment. They got us coffee and they were extremely friendly. In the end we feel that Loan Express banks on its customers feeling they have a bad score and they hose you on it!! My advice, stay away from them, do your homework and do not ever underestimate yourself. There are more places out there that are reputable and honest and willing to work with you no matter what. I went into Harr Toyota to discuss the possiblty of leasing a RAV4. I received an e-mail from Mica at Harr immediately after inquiring. When we arrived at the dealership, Mica was available right awa leasing a RAV4. I received an e-mail from Mica at Harr immediately after inquiring. When we arrived at the dealership, Mica was available right away to sit with us. We test drove the RAV4, even though I knew I that was the vehicle I wanted. Negotiations for the leased vehicle went smoothly and everyone involved were extremely helpful and friendly, including Mica. I can't praise her enough for her services. All in all, my experience with Harr was extremely pleasant and no worries about the financing. I would gladly recommend any of my family or friends to Harr Toyota and hope that they had the experience that I had. More
Renel was unknowledgable and mislead me regaurding the apr. Unable to answer questions on replacement parts and seemed unwilling to find out. I picked up the car and had an empty gas tank. When I was fina apr. Unable to answer questions on replacement parts and seemed unwilling to find out. I picked up the car and had an empty gas tank. When I was finally able talk to a manager, after many attempts with no response, keith told me it is customary to only put 10$ worth of gas in a used car while sounding annoyed. Really Kieth, only 10$ in a $19,000 car. Every respectable dealership fills the tank. Shame on me for buying a car here. Clearly these people don't care about customer service. Save yourself the grief and shop elsewhere. More
Harr Toyota was one of 7 dealers we went to after an extensive internet search. We live at the very end of Cape Cod and Harr Toyota was the furthest dealer from us(just about a 3 hour drive). When we go extensive internet search. We live at the very end of Cape Cod and Harr Toyota was the furthest dealer from us(just about a 3 hour drive). When we got there Brian our salesman was friendly and professional. We checked the vehicle that we were interested in. It was what we were looking for, but there were several we wanted to check out. When we said we wanted to check out the other vehicles on our list, Brian seemed to respect that and gave us the info we were looking for. We spent the rest of the day and the next morning looking at other vehicles. We followed up with Brian on information regarding our trade. We had narrowed down to 2 vehicles and would have purchased either one. Brian worked out a deal with us over the phone. There was not bull... everything was straight forward. We actually expected to get the "used car run around" when we got up to the dealership. There was none. Everything was as discussed. We haggled a little on the trade, but feel everything worked our very fair. We were still expecting some hitch when we went to the finance office... but Yesenia went over over the financing which was as discussed and offered some add on options. She went over each add on and how it would benefit us and how it would effect our loan payment, but there was absolutely no hard sell. Everything was straight forward and reasonable. My only complaints are that there was no coffee offered and the candy in the vending machine was stale. :) I do regret that we were suspicious through out the whole process. We didn't need to be. We didn't expect "fair and square" from a used vehicle purchase, but that is what we got. We will recommend Harr Toyota and Brian Dat Le to everyone we know. It was well worth the drive in the snow. Oh and we love our FJ Cruiser! More

Our previous car was destroyed in an accident. It was frustrated to find a replacement car in a very shot period of time. It was a wonderful experience to work with the salesperson at Harr Toyota, espec frustrated to find a replacement car in a very shot period of time. It was a wonderful experience to work with the salesperson at Harr Toyota, especially, Brian Le and Michael, the sales manager. They took care of customer's need nicely and introduced a good option package, not just to push for sale. The sales deal, paper work and registration were done quickly and smoothly. We appreciate Brian's professional work. More
A very unlike car-buying experience. I recently purchased a 2011 Highlander here. The sale's guy- Dominic- was very nice to deal with. He knew the truck inside-out and never pressured me into buying anythi a 2011 Highlander here. The sale's guy- Dominic- was very nice to deal with. He knew the truck inside-out and never pressured me into buying anything I didnt want (I wanted a 2011 Limited with JBL but no Nav- kinda hard to find). Another dealer had initially promised me to get this specific truck only to keep calling me back and pressure me into changing my spec (probably to sell something from his lot). On the other hand, Dominic and Derek (his manager) both gave me their best offer and never deviated from it. They went to great length in getting me the truck and that too in a timely manner. I'll definitely recommend working with Harr in general and Dominic in particular. More
