The sales person I was communicating with, stopped answering my calls or returning my calls from the past two weeks. After calling Harr to find another sales person, the response was very neutral. Looks like the people in Harr are disconnected from each other and don't work as a team. My information is not seen by another sales person in their computer system(that's what I was told by two different sales people). I had given the deposit amount and found myself begging for a receipt. One sales person asked me to walk into the dealership to get the receipt and seemed uninterested to find and provide me a receipt. I had a very disappointing experience with Harr(Worcester MA), which I didn't expect. Not sure why but I used to think highly of them in the first place. I have requested for a refund and will have to wait and see the refund experience will be. More
On 9/25/2023 I went for water leak service passager side windshield down to the carpet. It Drips. The two unskilled front desk charge me about $300 just to tell me they never found the problem. And try to tell me no to drive more the 50 miles in the High way. I was very in press with their lack of knowledge. I told the next time I driving in the rain in the high way I will have some recording for me and I will send the video and they have to returned my money. I prefer go other Toyota that may have better skill staffing. Today perfect day drive in the Highway to find the problem. I do have the video today how the water drips inside. It’s sad that I not the only one other person Found this type of service. I know also they scammed a friend and she had to go somewhere else to get fixed. More
This review is left to rate the experience I had with my salesperson. Although I ended up purchasing my Toyota RAV4 XLE from another dealership, this occurred because of timing (other dealership had it an salesperson. My salesperson, Michael Carey, was very knowledgeable about this vehicle and its safety systems. Michael also gave me a terrific test drive where I asked to go to certain locations to test the performance of this vehicle on highways, steep hills, muddy roads with water, etc. This made it much easier for me to compare to other vehicle models I was looking at. Also, Michael was very attentive in answering my phone calls, texts, and emails. He was VERY customer-service orientated and during my one month search, he became one of a few sales people I could depend upon. NOTE: For some reason, this site didn't pull up a list of sales people even though I marked my reason for visit was 'Sales - New'. More
Brought my tundra in for service, and got nothing but excuses as to why my truck could be fixed. First they blamed it on mice ,and charged me for it,but found nothing. Then the battery,then the windshiel excuses as to why my truck could be fixed. First they blamed it on mice ,and charged me for it,but found nothing. I bought a Honda CRV 2016 at 100 Gold star boulevard and a few days later realized it was vibrating and shaking, it was concerning. I returned to them, to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it a few days later realized it was vibrating and shaking, it was concerning. I returned to them, to see if they could figure out what was wrong with it and resolve the problem. They told me it was the muffler and that they would fix it. When i return to get my car they told me that its not my muffler and that now they need to do diagnostics on it. They did the diagnostic test and once again found nothing. They sent me else where to a Honda dealership and there they found the problem but they couldn’t fix it there and told me to go back to the dealership where I bought the car (100 Goldstar boulevard) so they could fix the problem. I returned back and they said they would fix the problem now that Honda dealership figured it out. After they “fixed” the problem i picked up the car and when i was driving it realized it was still doing the same thing and they didn’t fix it at all!. I returned back AGAIN. And this time they told me they could not help me with the problem they supposedly fixed. This is unprofessional, they waisted my time and sold me a broken car and now they do not want to help resolve a problem that should have never happened. More

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! !! Sales reps and managers young and inexperienced- over worked and don’t really care whether you buy or not!l General manager even worse- left calls !!
