Second Car Purchase with Fernando Roman! After a terrible accident on April the 7th which deemed my sweet Chevy Cruze a total loss, I returned to Hare and Fernando. Once again, I had amazin After a terrible accident on April the 7th which deemed my sweet Chevy Cruze a total loss, I returned to Hare and Fernando. Once again, I had amazing service with Fernando. He and I spoke on the phone and he had waiting for me the perfect Malibu! Not only did he help expedite the financing, the car was spotless when I picked it up that night. I returned the next afternoon (when I had more time to spend) and Fernando took the time to help me understand all of the amazing features of the car. I will be a customer for life with Fernando! Great Customer Service Fernando did a fantastic job working with me to not only purchase one vehicle but two vehicles. Found the Service Advisor (Tony Osbon) Not Honest I Made an Appointment to have the Oil Change on my 2012 Corvette and to have my (5) FOBS Checked as they were not Holding their Programs as I tried to I Made an Appointment to have the Oil Change on my 2012 Corvette and to have my (5) FOBS Checked as they were not Holding their Programs as I tried to Program the FOBS per the Owners Manual more than Once without any Luck. I Turn over the 4 FOBS that I Placed in a Plastic Bag to Tony Osbon & the 5th FOB was Placed in the Slot with-in the Glove Box because the Corvette would not Recognize the FOB & would not start unless it was in the Slot. I told Tony Osbon that I would wait in the waiting area until my car was Ready. Tony came and told me that my Car was ready as far as the oil change was concern & I would need to make another appointment as far as the FOBS were Concerned as he needed to order a Module that will Cost about $500.00. I paid for the oil change $93.58 was told by Tony Osbon that he will call me when the FOB Module Came-in. I ask Tony where he put the Bag of 4 FOBS and he replied that they were in the Corvette. When I got home I Noticed that I only had 2 FOBS in the BAG and I was Missing 2 FOBS. I Drove back to Hare Chevrolet to ask Tony Osbon were he put the other 2 FOBS. He went to check with the Tech who was Working on my car and told me he put them in the Car. We looked in the Corvette together and could not find them. Then Tony said, Oh there were only 2 in the Plastic BAG. I Reminded him that I had 4 in the Bag and 1 in the Slot with-in the Glove-Box. Total of 5 FOBS... So now Tony is saying that I only gave him a Total of 3, 1 in the Slot & 2 in the Plastic Bag, and now he is saying that he wrote it down in Pencil on the work order that I only gave him a Total of 3 FOBS. I was with Tony when he wrote up the work order and not write down 3 FOBS, as it was only after the fact that he wrote it on the Work Order. Not a very Honest thing to do as they Missed Place or Lost 2 of my FOBS. I also got Andrew Moore (Service Manager involved and he told me that he would look into this matter and get back with me. As of 4/21/2017, 5:10 PM, I have not Heard anything from Andrew Moore or the LADY Account Manager that I talk to concerning this Matter as I don't Remember Her Giving me her name. AS I did check with the Parts Department and was told that the FOBS Cost 168 Dollars each and I could get them at COST if I wanted them. I should not have to pay for the Return of my FOBS that were misplaced by Mr Osbon or the TECH that was working on my Corvette. Do the Right Thing and Return my 2 Missing FOBS and you might Not Loose Your Customer. Customer Satisfaction is Priceless... Thanks, John L. Martel More
