I dont even know where to start! I cannot say enough good things about Joe at Hare Chevrolet! This experience has been one of the best out of my 25 years of buying vehicles! I travel I cannot say enough good things about Joe at Hare Chevrolet! This experience has been one of the best out of my 25 years of buying vehicles! I traveled over 7 hours from PA....spent a total of 10 minutes inside the dealership (signed papers, and was handed my key) Everything was ready to go when I got there! The detail was amazing, looked like it came right off of the showroom floor! None of this has ever happened to me at any dealership in PA! From the time Joe called me after I showed interest in the vehicle the process was so easy and extremely fast! I am happy to have made a new friend in the process and plan to continue to travel this distance to give them all of our company business as well! I was treated like gold! Had an appointment at 9:30. The guy said it’d take about two hours. I told him I’ll wait I had got work on my truck on 9 December. They said it recommended spark plugs. I decline right then but then I thought about it. I called back. They said I couldn’t get an appointment until January 5. That’s when I brought it back. The guy that waited on me gave it to somebody else so I required about my truck at 11:30. They hadn’t even started working on it. The other guy gave it to me. Just stuck it in the drawer so then they decided to work on it. They got it done. The guy who told me said it cost $420. I still had the old estimate on my phone what he told me so then he said he’s gonna give me a $15.15 percent discount I said OK since I have waited all day, it was after to write at 2 o’clock in the afternoon when they got through so he came back at 400 and some dollars I said oh no I mean he told me 320 so I pulled it up on my phone so he told me he was gonna give me a discount he came back again. Said I owe him 320 what I was quoted so I said that ain’t no discount so he said he had asked the manager then they finally came back with a quote I liked with this the first time I ever had bad service with y’all so I wasn’t too happy this time More
