My car's electrical system was malfunctioning and my car ignition was locked up with the key in the ignition. This had happened several times over a period of two years and while living in MO I had the car looked at by two dealers who were unable to find an answer to the issue. The car would return to "normal" only to go through the same exercise on another occasion. Travis was able to find and fix the problem, and my car now drives like it is brand new. I was grateful for the shuttle service to get in to pick up the car, and my driver, Marcus, went out of his way to check on my welfare while I waited for Travis to finish with another customer. I was well cared for and all issues/services performed were thoroughly explained. I will be pleased to continue to use Hare for all my car's needs in the future. More

Oil Change Review Jim Worden always takes care of my car as if it were his own. He listens to my questions and issues and makes sure they are taken care of when I drop Jim Worden always takes care of my car as if it were his own. He listens to my questions and issues and makes sure they are taken care of when I drop the car off. Many times I have needed a rental car while having it serviced and he makes sure, if there is one available, that I have it waiting for me. I feel like everyone in the service area gives World Class service and it makes me want to come back to Hare for that reason. Impressive every time! In addition, I purchased my 2006 325ci BMW from Dave. He also added to the great World Class Service that I will remember next time I purchase a car! Thanks! More

Always so helpful Todd helped me with purchasing my first car. I had no idea what I was doing. He took the time to ask me what I liked and what my budget was. Service disaster On May 8 I made an appointment on line to have my oil and filter changed at the dealership at noon. (Assuming this time would be honored when I arrived since it was pre-booked and showed as available on the website.) I left my office at 11:45 am to arrive on time. Upon arrival I stood waiting 3-5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge my presence. I told the attendant that I had booked an oil change on line. He took my information and I went to wait in the lobby. Two hours later, oil change done and paid for I left, returning to work. In my opinion this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an oil change you pre-booked. Not only did I have to pay for a higher price service because I choose to go to the dealership, I also lost an hour of my work day. (I am paid an hourly wage.) I have had many other problems with the chevy vehicles I have owned, most of them electrical. I will no longer use your service center or purchase another vehicle from this or any other chevy dealer for myself. I have reached the limit of what I will tolerate. More
