Service disaster On May 8 I made an appointment on line to have my oil and filter changed at the dealership at noon. (Assuming this time would be honored when I arrived since it was pre-booked and showed as available on the website.) I left my office at 11:45 am to arrive on time. Upon arrival I stood waiting 3-5 minutes for someone to at least acknowledge my presence. I told the attendant that I had booked an oil change on line. He took my information and I went to wait in the lobby. Two hours later, oil change done and paid for I left, returning to work. In my opinion this is a ridiculous amount of time to wait for an oil change you pre-booked. Not only did I have to pay for a higher price service because I choose to go to the dealership, I also lost an hour of my work day. (I am paid an hourly wage.) I have had many other problems with the chevy vehicles I have owned, most of them electrical. I will no longer use your service center or purchase another vehicle from this or any other chevy dealer for myself. I have reached the limit of what I will tolerate. More

I returned again on April 29, 2017 and purchased an Impala for my daughter. She was elated and enjoyed the time spent with Reneau. She cannot believe how amazing the experience was in purchasing such a nice car. She is still walking around on cloud nine and can't believe this is actually her car. I can’t begin to express how shocked and speechless I was when I got my bill. I was expecting to pay for an oil change and tire rotation. You so casually mentioned that I needed an emission service that I didn’t think too much about it but I was absolutely floored to see that little casual service was almost $200!! Maybe you could give your next customer a little heads up about what costs are involved before you so quietly and easily spend their money. More

Very Frustrating My husband and I have bought about 15 vehicles from Hare along with sending them a lot of our family and friends. We have had two issues with the ser My husband and I have bought about 15 vehicles from Hare along with sending them a lot of our family and friends. We have had two issues with the service department and covering warranty issues. They don't want to cover warranties unless you call corporate. Same thing happened again, my car though a code and I had it have it towed in. They found a battery issue and pulled the code. I was told the code was not covered under warranty and not to worry about it as it was and old code. My husband and I picked up the vehicle and fixed the battery issue. I called Chevy corporate this morning to find out the code is under warranty, after being told it wasn't. Todd in the service department wouldn't let me finish my sentences and hung up on me for yelling. I called another dealership and have to wait till the code is back on my car. I feel like I was taken for over 200.00 for a tow and diagnostics that they didn't even look into, and would have been covered under warranty. I will NEVER be back to this dealership and will tell everyone I know. Its really sad because there sales department are wonderful people. More
