Fantastic experience! My husband and I were working quickly to secure a new vehicle as our van had been totaled by an uninsured motorist. With things still in limbo on the side of the insurance company, Theo and the staff at Hare Chevy were able to get us into a super nice newer Nissan Quest minivan. We had originally had our eyes on another vehicle, but once we arrived we realized quickly that would not be a good fit for our family. Without missing a beat, Theo found other options on the lot and had us approved and out the door in just a couple of hours. We were able to easily relinquich our rental vehicle there as well. The financing staff as well as the concierge staff were highly attentive. We were also super impressed with the cleanliness of not only the showroom areas but service as well. We will be dedicated Hare Chevy customers for years to come. We had been looking for a 5 star dealership experience with previous purchases and always came up short. Not this time. Hare Chevy surpassed our expectations. More

The email no We are not sure if this is for our visit(s) to hare truck center in Noblesville - one for the GMC Acadia or the other for the GMC Yukon. The email nor the phone call addressed the Truck Center - only the Chevy Dealer. We 99% of the time utilize the Truck Center. We have never had a problem with the Truck Center and its staff. We normally see John Pence or the other John Pence. Our latest service invoice references a Scott McBroom - but only a Shawn McBroom is listed. Don't know if they are one in the same or not. More

Horrible experiences multiple times Let me start off saying that I understand how buying a used car works. It is an as-is sale. With that out of the way I'll share my negative and positi Let me start off saying that I understand how buying a used car works. It is an as-is sale. With that out of the way I'll share my negative and positive experiences with Hare. a few years ago, we were looking for a replacement for our Traverse. We decided that downsizing was in our best interest and we found a really nice Grand Prix GXP on their used lot. My wife went in and test drove it, liked it, and asked me to look at it as well. I called them to verify the car was available still, drove to their lot, test drove it, then said I wanted to buy it. I was met with "We have a deposit on the car already". Total waste of our time. Rather than tell me this upfront, even if it happened between the time I called and when I got there, they of course wanted to sell me something else on their lot. Fast forward a few years. I decided to not let the sales experience affect using them for service. I took in my Pontiac G8 for an alignment and steering issue. They diagnosed the issue and I declined the repair as the parts needed were about $500 with a total bill of right near $1000. I asked if I could just call in a week or two later to have them order the part when I was ready and they were more than accommodating. I called in that next week, they ordered the parts and called me when they were available. I took my car in for the service and they completed it fast and without any issues. Kudos to the service team who worked on it. I had such a great experience with service I decided to give sales another shot because they had a Cadillac CTS-V on their lot for a decent price and I had been looking at them casually for a while. Bought the car without issues, but immediately after driving off the lot, I noticed a weird noise from the rear of the car. Rather than turn around, I thought that it may be normal due to the fact I was not used to the car and it may be a normal noise. I was mistaken and totally admit that I should have just taken it back. I took it to a Cadillac dealer where it has sat for 6 weeks waiting on a new rear differential. I went back to Hare to discuss the issue with them. They sent out the sales manager, not sure why since the service department really are the ones who dropped the ball on this, but whatever, I spoke with him and listened as he blamed GM, Cadillac, the actual car, then me directly(I assume because I didn't bring it to them). In the end, I got no apology, god forbid they admit any fault, and only received a few parting sarcastic "Have a nice day" comments from him. All I really wanted was an apology and a yes "we missed that, we will do better in the future". Instead I got the typical crook dealership blame game and excuses. Lesson learned a few times over I suppose. I should have stuck with my original experience and never set foot on their lot again. More
