Dealership is fine, GM is cheap. It is a terrible thing to pay as much for a vehicle and the "warranties" that come with them aren't even worth the piece of paper they are written on. Had to go to discount tire to get new tires and road hazard because GM doesn't cover anything that might go wrong with your car. Disappointing.... if you want my business make your warranties worth something. Tony is great but he can't help his customers the way they should be helped. More

Fortunately, Mr. Ugen was very polite & patient when answering my questions & throughout the whole experience. Even so, there were some issues, which is why I gave less than 5 stars in some sections; the interior of the car was not very clean (quite a bit of dog fur from more than one breed), which may be odd as I believe the car was a rental & not personally owned. Also, there was only one key... not necessarily the dealers fault, but a second key is going to cost upwards of $250. Plus the key that was provided either never was programmed for keyless entry as stated, or due to the weak battery, it lost programming & could cost up to $150 to get reprogrammed at a Mitsubishi dealership. This is unfortunate, as it is the only way to set the alarm, a feature (like the keyless entry) that was one of my deciding factors to buy. Another thing was the mileage. The car was stated to have 40,009 miles. I couldn't remember the exact number when filling out paperwork to purchase, & they did attempt to get the exact number, but since they were busy, we settled on an estimate of 40,019... When I got in the car to take it home, I noted the mileage was actually 40,180. Assuming it was too late to do anything as the paper work was signed, I let it go, but I'm not sure how this will affect me in the future. As, we will be in the market for a car(s) in the future, I could see myself returning/suggesting the dealership, but will definitely check such things beforehand. More
