I had go to another dealership first got the run around had to asked questions over and over to get answers. Was told one this thing and then shown something totally different. Then as I am walking out the door because I could not get what I wanted the saleman said "Here is my card you will be calling me because you will not find the car you want for the price you want." So I am pulling off the lot I call my dad and tell him what happen that is when he told me about Wayne. He said that they had gotten a few cars from him all with other family members. So I called him up told him how much I wanted to pay and the car I wanted. He walked right out of the showroom in the to raining lot and look for one on their lot. They did not have the one I wanted on the lot so he went to the computer and was searching for one other places to have brought to them. He found four and told me about them. I picked the one I wanted and he asked me to come up there and put a down payment on it so they could have it shipped to them. When I got there he had found me an even better deal. The only thing was it had light interior and I have two young kids. He told me about this treatment they could put on the cloth to protect it. So I said if they could put that on the interior I would take it. He got it done. He even made sure as we were filing out paper work that we could be close to the playroom so the kids could play and I could keep an eye on them. He had the appointment for me to get the protectent on the interior, paperwork signed, and us out the door driving home in about 2 hours. Oh and this was even on a Saturday at about 4:30pm. I had no way to get my old car home, but he said it was cool to leave it there until I could get someone to come with me to get it. More

My husband and I purchased our Equinox from Hare Chevrolet after our daughter purchased her car from them and spoke so highly of the dealership. My daughter actually did most of the deal for us. She worked with Jason Horack and he ran several deal ideas by us and allowed us to make the best choice for our family. Jason and my daughter actually picked out our Equinox when Jason was concerned that they would not have the enough inventory to make us happy. We were extremely please with the Equinox that they chose. Jason was very helpful and easy to work with. Unfortunately Jason wasn't able to close the deal, but Jason had everything ready with Brian Eybel and he walked us through every piece of paperwork and answered every question for us. Brian was very patient and kind. He personally explained the manual, the key FOB, and sat in the car with us until we understood the features on the car. Brian was wonderful to work with.
