In 2007 we leased a Chevy Avalanche from Hare Chevrolet. Mid-lease we decided to buy it. In just a couple of hours the paperwork was complete and we were driving away. My husband and I had been looking for a new Chevy Equinox to replace our old leased vehicle. One night during some downtime at work, I found a 2010 Equinox in an Auto Trader ad placed by Hare. That following morning, my husband contacted dealer Mike Tallman who very graciously worked with him to get the car I'd found online. They completed everything over the phone, and all that was left to do was to sign and pick up the car the next afternoon. Mike was very friendly and made what could have been a painful process very uncomplicated, easy, and fast. I come from a family of car-lovers so needless to say, my uncles jumped at the chance to come with me to pick up the car that Friday afternoon. My family had been loyal to another Indianapolis dealership for many years. However, after visiting Hare and meeting Mike, they are now saying they will be shopping for their future cars at Hare. What other dealers might have made a nightmare the staff at Hare made every accommodation. We went in with the idea of buying a used van..the van had a few issues and they responded immediately and helped u at Hare made every accommodation. During the time "in limbo" they offered us a car to used till they could "make it right" (we live 45 miles away)offered to pay for gas, let us keep a car overnight to make sure our kids fit in it properly since there was a size difference from a van to a traverse..everything worked out great..we couldn't have asked for a more friendly group of people to work with who seemed to truly have our best interest in mind.
