As a first time buyer, buying a car can be very intimidating and nerve wrecking. Mr. Benli upon arrival greeted us and offered his service but did not pressure us. He allowed us to view the selection and after finding a new car he ran the appropriate credentials. Fernando Roman was wonderful to work with! He negotiated with us and really understood where we needed to be regarding price. My only complaint is the cleanliness of the vehicle.
