The radio knob was broke on the used car we purchased and getting that fixed was included in the bottom line. We are about two hours away from the dealership and were going to make multiple trips to figure out how to fix the radio. Instead, Jon went ahead and ordered a new stock radio for us. I made one trip back to the dealership and the radio was installed in an hour. This dealership went above and beyond our expectations. This is the type of service you SHOULD get, but often don't. I would make the drive out to Hare again for our next vehicle. More
