First off, Quality of service I believe is top notch. The tech communication is very poor, on my last visit I had to reach out every time I had a question or wanted status update. Very frustrating, I have only had my Chevy serviced by Hare. Getting to the point is the quality of work enough to keep going back to such poor customer service. I’ll have to make that decision before I take my car back to Hare. More

To: Nicholas Georgiou, Service Solution Specialist: It was a shock to get into my car and it would not start. My first call was to the Hare Chevrolet dealership service department. Nick picked up my ca was a shock to get into my car and it would not start. My first call was to the Hare Chevrolet dealership service department. Nick picked up my call, then called the tow service so I could get the car looked at and hopefully fixed. All is well that ends well! Fixed in a short time and I am back on the road again.
