Jack, We do appreciate your online feedback in regards to your purchase history. I personally only got involved to assist you in any way I could. We time stamp our internal records and it does appear it took some time from beginnning to end on this purchase because you discussed trading in numerous vehicles before an agreement was reached. I spoke with our Used Car Manager, Our Parts Manager and our General Sales Manager to track down any information on your purchase. I am sorry no one was able to verify a verbal agreement, a part order or a "We Owe" for floor mats 10 months after you bought your vehicle. Ty Lowery has not worked here for 5 months. I offered to sell some to you for cost or send free ones that we use here at the dealership but you declined either of those offers. In response to the vehicle having the nose bumped and costing you $500 repair, this is the first time this has been mentioned. I was eye witness and have pictures of your camaro leaving our lot undamaged on the trailer of the people you recruited to pick up the vehicle. We strive to do our best for all our customers in a timely manner but to contact us 10 months after your purchase, there is nothing more we can do. Thank you.
