When I parked my vehicle at Hare Chevy I was greeted by Fernando at the door. He asked if he could be of any assistance to me. He told me that I was not going to be able to get into the car I was looking at, but informed me that he could get me into a brand new car. Well to say the least I was a little floored that I was able to get into a new car. After picking out a car and getting the paperwork taken care of, I left that day with a beautiful brand new car. My fiancé and I were buying our first vehicle together, we went to another dealership in Indy and it was horrible! I really didn't think we could get a newer vehicle due to credit issues, but we did and at a decent interest rate. My father retired from GM and I have dealt with several Chevrolet dealerships in central Indiana, but I will never look at any others ever again. My salesman, John, even took the time to introduce me to others and gave me superb customer service. I have never in my life been treated so nice by a car dealership. He actually came in on his day off (his birthday no less) to complete my sale and the paperwork. I felt like he really cared about my situation and cared about making me a good deal.
