Overall a very good experience. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The van we bought was a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. It had 3 outstanding recalls on it as well as an airbag issue that we friendly and helpful. The van we bought was a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country. Our salesman Vince had everything taken care of for us in a very timely fashion and we were also offered a loner car while the issues were resolved. However with the same day turnaround on the work that was done the loner car was never needed. I would have no hesitation recommending Hare or Vince to anyone shopping for cars. More

My husband and I live on the Southside of Indy and I was referred to Hare Chevrolet by a co-worker. My co-worker raved about the salesman she worked with and convinced me to drive to Noblesville to look at referred to Hare Chevrolet by a co-worker. Before we arrived, I had done some homework on the vehicle and was already impressed. When my husband and I arrived to meet with Jon Ugen, we were instantly at ease with our decision to drive all the way up there. Jon walked us through the entire process and made us feel like we were being taken care of. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. I am 100% satisfied with Hare and our new vehicle. We were not even out looking to buy or trade a vehicle. We just happened to drive by the dealership and noticed a truck in the "used car" portion of the lot that caught our eye. We mentioned that we had previously worked with Moose Benli in the past and he was more than courteous enough to let our salesman know that we were there. After our test drive, Moose checked on financing options for us and found us such a great deal, we could not pass it up. Everyone at Hare Chevrolet is so friendly and easy to work with. While we were waiting on the financing portion of the deal, we were given coffe and bagels and everyone made sure we were comfortable at all times. We were about to sign a deal, when our salesman went back to financing and got us an even better interest rate and extended warranty! He really bent over backwards for us on a day that we weren't even looking to buy a vehicle. We were so unprepared that we didn't have anything to put our belongings in from the vehicle we were trading, so Moose went thru the entire office to find us trash bags that we could use. We were in such a rush that we even forgot our old registration, so I called back to the dealership and they went out and got it out of the old vehicle and are holding it at the front desk for us. The people at Hare Chevrolet are so friendly that they make buying a vehicle on a whim easy and stress free! We will continue to visit Hare Chevrolet for all of our future wants and needs! More

Vince was almost 20 minutes late for our appointment and was on a personal call when he finally greeted me, but I decided to give him another shot. Well that was a bad idea because while I was there I was treated like just another number and while Vince decided to waste my time by disappearing numerous times during our transaction (to tie up loose ends in his personal life before he left for vacation as he made very clear to me numerous times) he left me sitting there clueless to what was going on, while he was gone another salesman - Wayne - decided to swoop in and not only try to get me into a different vehicle but over whelmed me with options and pricing that I had already discussed with Vince and I ended up walking out. I felt abandoned by Vince numerous times through the 4 hours that I was there and left with nothing accomplished. I will never be returning to Hare Chevrolet and plan on taking my business elsewhere. Kris & I went on test drive that went great Kris allowed me to feel comfortable, we then went in an started the preparations for me to purchase my dream car 2001 Lincoln Town Car Blue in color. Kris did fantastic leg work on making things happen, there was know rushing, no making me feel pressured it was an over all wonderful experience. Kris is a great salesman you made me and my husband feel right at home comfortale.
