From the time we walked into the dealership I could feel the friendly atmosphere. The lady at the front desk was very helpful in guiding us to the dealership when we were lost and was very friendly and plea the friendly atmosphere. We were very happy with our purchase and the service we received from Wayne Gainey who is an excellent sales agent. We were 45 minutes late for our appointment because of getting lost and so we didn't really have an agent, but Wayne stepped right up and very graciously offered to help us. We didn't have to wait at all. He was very friendly and delightful and a real pleasure to work with. We received absolute great customer service from Wayne.Wayne always had a smile and that meant a lot to us. That's the kind of customer service that makes the day and makes customers want to return. We had no idea what car we wanted to purchase, but we did have a payment in mind. Wayne was very patient with us. He took us out to the used car lot and showed us every possibility and never tried to pressure us in any way. We really didn't think we would walk away with a car that same day, but WOW, Wayne really came through for us. He helped us find the perfect low mileage, beautiful, used car. Thank you Wayne. Oh, and a thank you from Doris for the hug. We will definitely recommend Hare Chevrolet and especially Wayne to others because of the quality of work, great customer service,and friendliness. More

When we walked into Hare,we had no idea the great customer care we would receive.The third car I test drove was the one I couldn't live without. My husband and I have 3 small children and everytime w customer care we would receive.The third car I test drove was the one I couldn't live without. My husband and I have 3 small children and everytime we came and brought them Rufus was so extra nice to them,gave them candy...water...let them dig threw his extra bag of candy to find that orange sucker that wasn't in the candy jar,but was our daughters favorite.:)We never felt pressured at all.We were able to say what we could afford and then go from there.We would definetly come back to Hare when we are ready to trade and find something else again one day,but untill then all are family and friends were already told how much we enjoyed it at Hare and enjoyed working with Rufus !!! Thank you once again for making my family so excited about our new 2011 Impala!!!! More
The vehicle I drove the second time around was dirty and had a lot of dog hair in the vehicle and I was told by Mr. Brown ( we had a machine that will clean allthe up and the machine takes all the smell and had a lot of dog hair in the vehicle and I was told by Mr. Brown ( we had a machine that will clean allthe up and the machine takes all the smell and anything else out of the car but loren behold the vehicle was very clean but the machine didnt do the outside of the vehicle the inside of of the vehicle was NOT CLEAN AT ALL the smell was horrific and the smell came from my incents that I purchase before the vehicle came back to the shop. I rental i receivedm when my vehicle was in the shop was the same way dirty and smelly as xxxx seat nasty, two be honesty this whole experience was not good. Mr. Brown was very unorganized I never filled out an appplication, he never ask for referrences he had two call me twice for information after I gave the down payment and the deal was done. May I make an suggestion for some and stressed that for only this one (mr.brown) to learn the steps in putting someone in a vehicle. I called Mr. Brown two day ago to let him know this vehicle was not cleaned on the inside like he said he never returned my call I thought a real salesperson is not only there before the deal they are there after the deal maybe this is not his field. More
We asked a dealership in our town to find us a specific truck. They did find us the one we wanted @ Hare Chevrolet. Our dealership would have had it shipped to us but they did not want to give us the deal truck. They did find us the one we wanted @ Hare Chevrolet. We drove from Illinois to Noblesville, IN to pick it up. When we got there, we got to meet everyone who helped us and they were all so friendly. It was a very pleasant experience. Excellent inventory, had exactly the car I wanted. The Chevy Cruze Eco model is not very common on dealers lots yet but they had the color and interior that was perfect. I came to Hare Chevrolet because of the commercial I heard on the radio. My credit had gone by the wayside a long time ago.
