Twice with the same part and the other two times with other parts (that we were charged for). The problem was never resolved and we decided to just trade the vehicle in. We when we went to purchase our 4th from Hare, we were highly disappointed. First, the sales person just pointed at the Traverses and said "They are out by the street and unlocked". He never gave us a card, nor did he come out to check on us. We looked around a few and finally left. We ended up purchasing our Traverse at Penske Chevrolet. More

I have a terrible time making decisions, and buying a car was no exception. The salesman I worked with at Hare (Chris Clark) was incredibly patient with me. After a few months - literally - of changing my mind about what I was looking for in a vehicle, I finally narrowed my criteria. I needed good gas mileage, something sporty and cool-looking, something that was quie, smooth and had all the bells and whistles (leather interior, keyless entry, automatic everything...). Oh, and it had to cost less than $25,000 and have less than 30,000 miles on it. I was not exactly an easy customer! Chris suggested I test drive a new Chevvy Cruze. What can I say? It was love at first drive! Chris really listened to me and guided me in the right direction without pressuring me. He is the matchmaker of car salesman! Once I decided upon the car, he found one in the color I wanted and walked me through the buying process. You have to understand that I had been driving the same beat-up car for 12 years because I hate car shopping. Chris made the process enjoyable - which is kind of a miracle. You can bet I will be sending my friends and family to Chris the car-driver matchmaker when they're looking for a car! More

I walked into Hare Chevrolet Dealership quite apprehensive as to what to expect. Figured that I would be met with some pushy salesperson that when they found out what I might be able to afford wo apprehensive as to what to expect. Figured that I would be met with some pushy salesperson that when they found out what I might be able to afford would end up giving me very little of there time or genuine customer service. But this was NOT the case by any means. I walked into a very friendly atmosphere and met with Moose Benli. As I told Moose what kind of dollar figured I wanted to stay around because I had to watch what my monthly payments would be I was suprised to see that he actually listened to me. When I walked in I really did not expect to be walking out approved for any vehicle let alone a new to me Jeep around the dollar figure that I wanted to stay around and with monthly payments that turned out to be extremely less than I had anticipated. Because Moose Benli took the time to work with me and go above the standards I was hoping to be met with I now have a vehicle to be proud of and I will be working on my credit so that my next vehicle purchase may be towards a "new vehicle" at Hare Chevrolet with Moose!!
