Rufus did a great job listening to what I did and didn't want, and reining me in when I was looking at something beyond my means (e.g., baby blue Volkswagen convertible!). I found a car I fell in love with, another Volkswagen, and Rufus helped me get the price that I wanted. I also have a great service contract, which gives me great peace of mind. My wife and I had been looking for a truck for a few weeks, and finally found the one we wanted at Hare Chevrolet. Buying a Ford at a Chevy dealership was a little weird, but didn't change the excellen weeks, and finally found the one we wanted at Hare Chevrolet. Buying a Ford at a Chevy dealership was a little weird, but didn't change the excellent customer service we received. The small problems I had with the truck after test driving were dealt with IMMEDIATELY! There was a small shimmy, and Doug sent the truck right then and there to service to get the tires rotated and balanced, with a promise that if that didn't fix the problem, he would do whatever it took to fix it. I was concerned about the bed of the truck as well, as it had seen some hard use, being a used work truck. Doug offered me a Line-X professionally installed spray-in bedliner, immediately, free of charge. If I had any problems with the dealership at all, it might be their gimmicky, "4G For the People" program. The commercial claims that Hare Chevrolet is offering "up to" $4200 more than what your trade in is worth. Well, we were offered $700 for our 2002 Buick Lesabre. Which is probably what it was worth, but when i asked about the promotion, it was sort of glossed over without any real explanation. But, since the price on the truck was so good, I didn't pursue it more. Maybe i should have. Overall though, a great experience. One I would comfortably recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car. Also, although I didn't see her name on the list, Adrienne Jones was our "Customer Service Liaison" or whatever they call it. She was very informative, personable, and pleasant. More

Overall it was a great experience, I wasn't treated like a second class citizen and Tim did everything to make me comfortable. When he first approached me I knew that he wanted to help me and he had my best a second class citizen and Tim did everything to make me comfortable.
