BEWARE!!!! NEVER BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM HARE CHEVROLET AND BE EXTREMELY WEARY OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HARE!!!!!......THEY WILL LIE TO YOU IN YOUR FACE!!!!! My mother who is on a fixed income recentl AND BE EXTREMELY WEARY OF THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT HARE!!!!!......THEY WILL LIE TO YOU IN YOUR FACE!!!!! My mother who is on a fixed income recently brought a USED vehicle from Hare Chey, BIGGEST MISTAKE WE MADE!!!! I advised the salesperson at the time we test drove the vehicle (a 2007 Kia Sorento) that the last thing my mother or I wanted was to purchase a vehicle, have the vehicle drive OK just long enough for us to get it out of the lot and home then after a couple of weeks start having to sink a lot of money into the vehicle for repairs. Well we brought the vehicle at the beginning of June 2012, vehicle drove OK for a couple of weeks once we got it home, then I noticed the "check engine" light came on. Called the Salesperson and advised him what happened he advised me to bring the vehicle back in so the Service Dept could a look at the vehicle. Brought the vehicle back, Hare kept for almost 2-2.5 weeks, but each week they called to give updates. First week they called to give an update they (the Service Dept.) claimed they were having difficulty getting parts for vehicle. Second week they called to give an update they said it was the Catalitic Converter that was causing the "check engine" light to come on but due to the price of the part they would have to check with one of the owners to see to if what they wanted to do. Finally they called the to say the vehicle was ready to be picked up so I picked the vehicle up the following morning. Vehicle drove OK for about two weeks, the "check engine" light comes back so figured since Hare supposedly had a difficult time obtaining parts for the vehicle that I would take the vehicle to a Kia dealership. Kia advised me that it should never take over 4-5 days at the most, and that's in the "worst case scenario", to get parts for one of their vehicle cause they have calls almost every day from dealerships wanting to get parts from to fix vehicles. Come to find out all Hare's Service Department did was to clear out the code inwor the car's computer system, THEY NEVER REPLACED NONE OF THE THREE (3) CATALITIC CONVERTERS ON THE VEHICLE BUT FLAT OUT LIED AND LEAD ME TO BELIEVE THAT THEY DID!!!!!! NEVER take your car to Hare Chevrolet to have ANY type of Service done on your vehicle!!!!!!! Vehicles are one of the things in life MOST people work hard and save money for and if only dealerships realized this but when it comes to flat out TELLING A BOLD FACE LIE IT'S WORTH SPREADING THE WORD AND LETTING OTHERS KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TAKING A CHANCE ON WHEN IT COMES TO PURCHASING A VEHICLE FROM HARE CHEVROLET!!!!!!!! THEY SUCK!!!!!!!!!!! THEY'RE MORE INTERESTED IN GETTING YOUR MONEY THAN THEY ARE IN SATISFYING THE CUSTOMER!!!!!!!!!!! Just let me start off by saying that Wayne Gainey is my new Super Hero. Now let me explain. We have lived here in Noblesville for 18 years, having moved here to settle after traveling for years for my husb new Super Hero. Now let me explain. Three years ago my husband purchased a truck and had been unhappy with it for just as long. It has taken me that long to convince him to come in and talk to someone as we were having so much trouble and very concerned with his commute back and for to work everyday. Did I mention that my husband is a very stubborn man. Well after listening to him tell me so many times he would never buy another car from your dealership, and he would go somewhere else, I was finally able to convince him to come in. Thank goodness.......We were first met by Joe Meanor, who listened with so much concern to our issues and turned us over to Wayne Gainey, who my husband Ted had dealt with the last trip in. It was immediately felt that this was going to be a challenge as my husband was just ready to say his peace and leave. My new Super Hero Wayne was able to connect with him and they talked for some time about how things had been and what our options were. Wayne went beyond all my expectations in making things right with Ted. His dedication to us was so heartfelt and after awhile he even had Ted laughing and smiling. (Something that he hadnt done allot of lately, with mostly the concern of a ride to work) I am so grateful to you Wayne and the staff at Hares. After working with Bob Goodman we were able to drive something very dependable and safe from the lot. I know that our next trip to purchase a car/truck with be Hares. Wayne restored our faith and trust in Hares. Wayne.....there are not enough words, Thank You...... More

This buying experience was made terrific by salesman Jeff Mosbaugh. After having one deal fall through (vehicle had already sold and Jeff wasn't aware), he went above and beyond to find me a vehicle that I Mosbaugh. I came to your dealership because I had heard the commercials offering trade in specials and I wanted to see if I could get what I needed on my trade-in for a newer and more reliable vehicle. As I parked my car, Moose Benli greeted me and as we were talking and telling him of what my needs were, he took me inside to fill out the application form and knew of a vehicle he thought I might be interested in. Within 2 hrs. of the time I was there, I was made an offer for my trade-in (in which I agreed to) and he had me in a Chevy Malibu which I am really enjoying! The payments are right where I wanted them to be and the professionalism of Moose (and Jordan) were awesome!
